Terms of sale and returns policy

Zimbo is 100% safe and guaranteed! We only ship goods that are in excellent condition and to our satisfaction for sale purposes. All items are professionally packed and insured through our courier. If you are dissatisfied with any order, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remedy the problem to the best of our ability.

Zimbo want you to be completely happy with the purchase of your sculpture/art work. 98% of our work is created, designed and handmade by us, in our workshop. We cannot guarantee what  you see will be identical to photographs placed on our website, each piece is unique. If we do not have something in stock, please be prepared to wait for your purchase as pointed out, your purchase will be handmade. We cannot state a period of time on our website, but if you wish to ring 01288 353748 or email enquiries@zimb0.co.uk we can give you a more accurate time of processing and delivery in accordance to the item you have purchased.

Order and contract formation

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of sale.

Following receipt of completed electronic orders and payment by credit or debit card via paypal, we will contact you by email to confirm the details. Postage will be applied at checkout.

1.If you change your mind within 7 working days of delivery, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund of the cost of the art/sculpture. We will cover the cost of collecting the art/sculptures from you. If you change your mind after 7 working days of delivery, you can still return the art/sculpture under our returns policy within 21 days, but we will ask you to cover the cost of returning the art/sculptures to us. please read full cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy after purchase.

You must notify us of your intentions to return the art/sculpture within 7 working days from the day after delivery by emailing us or writing.

It is essential that the art/sculpture is returned to us the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Failing this, we will  not be able to give a refund. We will contact you to arrange to collect the art/sculptures by courier at our expense.

Once we received the art/sculpture from you in its original condition, we will refund for the price you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund any delivery charges paid by you when the art/sculpture was delivered to you.

This cancellation policy does not apply in the case of commissioned work however your statutory right are not affected.

2. What if my order is received with obvious damage or broken? We package our goods to the best of our ability, if an order is received damaged, it is mostly likely the result of a shipping mishap. We advise that you open the package before signing for it, if you sign for your package before checking you are agreeing that your purchase is in good condition, and you are committed, if there is no apparent damage to the package still check before signing or sign it with a not checked. (please open the packaging carefully to reduce further damages as your purchase will have to be returned in the same packaging). Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can discuss the shipping returns policy and availability of a replacement, no money is refunded only a replacement to the same price this does not include canvas art.

3. Refunds
Refunds for cancellation will be processed as a credit to your credit card used for purchase or cheque to the billing address.

4. Risk

As soon as the art/sculpture is delivered to you, you will be responsible for it from the time of delivery, any loss or damage to it shall be at your own risk.

5.Delivery address

We will only deliver to the address you have supplied to us and art work will not be left without a signature. Please note that where we are unable to deliver art/sculpture work to you and we or our courier are required to take the your purchase into storage or rearrange delivery, we reserve the right to recover any storage and additional delivery cost to you.

6. Privacy policy
Data protection and privacy, we want  to ensure to the best of our ability that all personal information is kept private and not passed on to any third party. Unfortunately, no data transmitted over the internet or any other network is 100 per cent secure, but we will do or best to protect your personal information under the data act.

7. We reserve all rights to alter and update information and prices accordingly.
